The Bella Vista Mine has been in operation for quarter of a century and has only recently been available for public tours. It is only one of the many garnet deposits that dot the Alaskan frontier and is easily reached by our shuttles. We welcome tours that visit Petersburg, Little Norway, as part of their fascinating journey to fish, hunt, sight see and now experience gem mining in picturesque south east Alaska.
